Deputies say a Sumter County teen had illegal sexual contact with two girls, one who was between the ages of 4 and 5.
17-year-old Jack Michael Wallace was arrested Thursday.
Investigators with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office say he molested two girls at three different locations, including his home in southern Sumter County, in April and May.
Deputies say Wallace committed sex acts on an alleged victim who was less than 11-years-old.
They also say he fondled a girl who was between the ages of 4 and five.
Wallace is facing charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and a lewd act with a minor…

Cold Case Solved After 18 Years
Law enforcement deserves congratulations on this one. I wish there were more resources for cold case squads everywhere. Put yourself in the shoes of a parent who has lost a child. It’s not clear why police waited for so long. This guy was a prime suspect from the beginning.

A Virginia man has been charged with killing a camp counselor who was sexually assaulted and shot once in the head while on a hike in the Poconos 18 years ago, authorities said Friday.
Jeffrey J. Plishka, 46, of Onley, Va., was arrested in the 1991 murder of Laura Ronning, a 24-year-old from St. Petersburg, Fla., said Wayne County District Attorney Michael Lehutsky.
Ronning was working at Camp Cayuga near Honesdale when she disappeared on July 27, 1991, while taking a walk to Tanner’s Falls, a nearby waterfall. Her partially clad body was discovered the next morning.
Authorities became suspicious of Plishka shortly after Ronning’s body was found, but it was not until an interview earlier this year that investigators were confident enough to make an arrest, Lehutsky said.
During the interview, Plishka denied doing anything to Ronning, but twice told police, “I hope I didn’t kill that girl,” according to court documents. He also asked the investigators what he should do if he later remembered he had done something.
Plishka was charged with first-, second- and third-degree murder and attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and was being held in Accomack County Jail while awaiting extradition proceedings…

I can already hear women advocate groups hailing this as some sort of deserved justice for a philanderer. Of course, if a man were to squirt glue into a woman, it would be universally condemned. Let me point out a better way to solve these kind of disputes: get a divorce!

A sticky case of revenge unfolded last week in a US motel after a woman discovered her husband was cheating and invited three other scorned lovers to settle the score – with Krazy Glue.
The 36-year-old Lothario was carrying on with all of them before his wife figured it out and notified the others, according to a criminal complaint filed in Calumet County, Wisconsin, in a town about 145km north of Milwaukee.
“We had a plan,” one of the women, Therese Ziemann, 48, told an investigator, according to court records.
Ziemann lured the man to a Stockbridge hotel on Thursday, promising a “rub down”, the complaint says. He was blindfolded and tied to a bed. Then Ziemann text-messaged the other three women, including the man’s wife, who joined her in the room.
One of them, Wendy Sewell, 44, reportedly asked, “Which one do you love more?”
After threatening the victim with mace, punching him in the face and taunting him, the mischief moved south.
Ziemann glued a sensitive body part to his stomach, according to the complaint.
The women fled when the man started yelling and loosened the ties. All were later charged with false imprisonment. Ziemann also faces charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and misdemeanour battery…
Woman Arrested for Underage Sex
Part of me feels bad for this girl. I doubt that men are knocking down her door for a row in the hay. Still, it’s no excuse for diddling a young tween. No mention what the charge may be.

Hurricane police arrested a LaVerkin woman accused of unlawful sexual conduct with a teenager.
Cyndi Segler, 21, was booked into the Purgatory Jail on Wednesday on suspicion of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. In a brief statement to KSL NewsRadio, Hurricane Police Department spokeswoman Nancy Perkins said it was “unlawful sexual conduct with a 15-year-old male.”
“An investigation into the allegations began about five days ago when the incident was first reported to the Hurricane Police Department,” she said.
Police declined to release additional details. Court records showed no formal charges have been filed in 5th District Court…
Ex-Deputy Arrested for Statutory Rape
This guy fell hard and fast. One day he’s a patrol deputy and the very next day he is unemployed and facing prison. That must have been one magical 14 year old girl. Apparently, this guy plied his victim with alcohol. Nice touch, officer.

A former Sumter County deputy has now been charged with having sex with an underage girl.
Michael Boulware, 26, has been charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Arrests warrants claim Boulware had sex with a 14-year-old girl near the Wedgefield Community sometime between June 1 and June 30 of this year.
Boulware was arrested earlier this month on three counts of contributing to the deliquency of a minor and three counts of transferring alcohol to a minor.
Deputies say Boulware gave alcohol to three people who were all under the age of seventeen. The claims were first reported on July 16, and Boulware was fired the next day after he was charged…
