Home schooling is starting to look more and more attractive.  As a guy, I tend to view the harshness of this type of offense by the hotness of the offender.  In this case, I say the woman should be given a life sentence.  Maybe a steady diet of prison bologna sandwiches is just what she needs to reduce some of that rather generous tricep twaddle.

Melissa blamed the student for the affair.

A Queens teacher and her student were recently caught having sex in the classroom.

On Thursday she was behind bars, charged with rape, sexual abuse and child endangerment after the student’s mom tracked her down.

Her head hung low, Melissa Weber was ushered away in cuffs, no doubt thinking about the probable end to her teaching career and whether her alleged sexual rendezvous with her 14-year-old student had been worth it.

“It’s real disconcerting to find that,” said parent and school employee Stacy Gold.

Gold works at I.S./M.S. 8 with Weber.

“It’s extremely shocking. This is a teacher that teaches my son,” Gold said.

It was inside a second-story classroom where police said Weber gave one of her students an up close and personal lesson in sex education.

Kevin Lawson has Weber as a social studies teacher and said she is strict but cool. When asked if he ever saw Weber spending a lot of time after school with a certain classmate, Lawson said, “Yes, but I don’t know if it was the same student or not…”

Given the fact Texas has no law specifically making the knowing spreading of HIV a crime, I’m glad the jury handed down such a harsh sentence.  Even when the full weight of his crimes was apparent, even when his guilt was proven beyond a doubt, this nutjob lashed out at the judge, the jury and even the women, blaming everyone but himself.  Sadly, too many of the comments from local Texans seemed to blame the women as much as the perp.  I suppose that should come as no suprise: Texas is chock full of self-righteous morons.

Two years after Philippe Padieu was arrested for infecting them with HIV, and just a few minutes after a Collin County jury sentenced him to prison, probably for the rest of his life, a parade of women took the stand to look the martial arts instructor in the eye and tell him what he did to them.

I imagine it will take more than some sleazy eurotrash accent to get laid now, Philippe.

Some were angry, but they generally seemed sad or simply bewildered by the chain of events that has left them exposed to the deadly disease of AIDS and their former lover behind bars.

“I consider suicide,” said one woman who contracted HIV after one encounter with Padieu, “because it would be so much easier. It’s a battle every single day.”

“If I had cancer, I could tell people,” she said. “I could tell them without fear or embarrassment or shame.”

“I wish you no harm,” she said, “And I pray that I can forgive. And I pray for a cure for us all.’

After being found guilty of six counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for having unprotected sex with the women without telling them he was HIV positive, jurors handed Padieu five sentences of 45 years and one 25-year sentence Friday. The sentences will run concurrently…

Jewelery worth more than 6m euros (£5m, $8m) has been stolen from an exclusive Paris store in broad daylight by a lone gunman, police sources say.

Palace Vendome is known for its jewelry stores.

Dressed in a suit and fedora, the man entered Chopard on Place Vendome and reportedly made staff hand over 15 pieces of jewelery at gunpoint.

The mid-afternoon hold-up lasted two minutes, after which the robber, said to be in his 50s, calmly walked out.

Chopard jewelery is worn by stars at the Oscars and Cannes film festival.

Place Vendome is an elegant old square known for its luxury hotels, and is also home to numerous jewellery stores as well as the French justice ministry…

Sounds like this guy was the type of predator he was supposed to protect the public from.  He was searching for a robbery suspect whom he believed to be in a specific home, arrested the kid knowing he was innocent, then blackmailed the kid’s mom in to performing oral sex.  Not really the concept of ‘to protect and serve.’

A Cincinnati Police officer now faces ten charges in the intimidation and alleged sexual assault of a woman. 46 year old Julian Steele allegedly imprisoned a teen falsely, then threatened and raped the teen’s mother when she tried to get her child out of jail.

Today, the Hamilton County Prosecutor announced Steele is facing a ten count indictment including two counts of abduction, two counts of intimidation, three counts of extortion, two counts of rape and one count of sexual battery. All the charges have a firearms specification but prosecutor’s say, Steele did not point a gun directly at the teen or his mother.  The gun remained in Steele’s holster during the alleged incident.

Prosecutors say Steele believed someone in the teen’s household had committed a series of street robberies.  In an attempt to get the teen to give up information, Steele allegedly arrested him, knowing that he had not committed a crime.  Four of the charges Steele now faces related to that action…

Praise the lord and pass the boys!  When this reverend wasn’t saving souls he was humping a 12 year old boy like a jack rabbit.  Amazingly, this guy was previously arrested and served 6 years for the same crime.  I guess this church didn’t bother with a background check.

Billy Masters took a detour on his way to heaven.

After a 5-month investigation Billy Masters, 66, of Boaz, Alabama, was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Sexual Abuse. Masters was reportedly a preacher at Harvest Baptist Church in the Kilpatrick area was charged with a sexual relationship with a male under the age of 12 years of age, whom was also a member of the church congregation.

Masters was convicted in 2001 for the sodomy of three male victims of similar age. He served time in prison and following his release in late 2007, he registered with the Sheriff`s Office. Masters was up to date on his registration at the time of his arrest last week.

After receiving the report of abuse in January, an investigation was commenced by Mary Waters. A search of his residence took place approximately one month ago, during which his computer was seized. However, it appeared that the hard drive in the computer had recently been removed and a new drive installed…
