It seems criminal history repeats itself with the same alarming frequency with which world history repeats itself.  How many useless punks think they can just kill and kill with impunity?  They all end up in prison with the same lifeless look in their eyes.  Just like this turd.

A Salt Lake City newspaper reports that authorities have a warrant to search cell phones for evidence that a man allegedly ordered the killing of a woman who he believed planned to be a police informant.

The Deseret News reports that police and prosecutors believe cell phone photographs, text messages and contact lists might contain more information related to the December shooting death of Ashley Sparks. The paper says officials were recently granted a search warrant to review the phones being held as evidence.

Prosecutors have charged 22-year-old Joshua Binkerd with aggravated murder in Sparks’ death. According to an affidavit, Binkerd allegedly asked Christopher Alvey to “take care of” Sparks because he was worried she would tell police his gang was dealing drugs and making fake checks.

The affidavit says that on the day of the slaying, Binkerd allegedly called Alvey’s cell phone and told him “to make sure that Ms. Sparks did not come back” and that Alvey understood this to mean that it was “his obligation to kill her.”

Jordanelle State Park officials found the 21-year-old Sparks shot four times and near death on Dec. 26. She died soon after…

Hitler saw the wisdom of controlling the urges of the youth and channeling it into an ‘army of tomorrow.’  The violence from fiction like the Lord of the Flies is more horrifying because of the assumed innocence of childhood.  It is in this vein that this story is so terrible.  One girl, jealous of another girl, promises to give a boy sex if only he will kill the subject of her wrath – Stefanie Rengel.  Stefanie was lured outside her home and stabbed to death.  Now, both kids are in custody.

A girl on trial for the first-degree murder of Stefanie Rengel was the driving force of hate, obsession and “intense jealousy” behind the killing, a jury heard yesterday.

In his closing address, Crown prosecutor Robin Flumerfelt told a jury they need look no further than the 17-year-old accused — known as MT — when looking for why a now-19-year-old called DB slaughtered Rengel outside her East York home on New Year’s Day in 2008.

“Without her (MT), there is no crime; without her, there is no murder; without her, we are not here,” Flumerfelt said. “Without her, Stefanie Rengel goes on living the life she is destined to live.”

He outlined a litany of electronic messages — between May 2007 and the moments following the murder — where MT tells DB she wants Rengel dead, using sex as a reward…

It seems this type of thing is all too pervasive.  Child porn busts are getting more and more common.  It appears this video was circulated via a peer-to-peer network and may eventually lead to the arrest of over 9,000 offenders in 92 different countries.

Sixteen Australian men have been arrested and charged in connection to an internet video showing the rape of an eight-year-old girl.

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) says the video, linked to a global pornography network, contains some of the most serious images of sexual abuse, and more Australians are expected to be charged.

AFP child protection operations teams carried out 27 search warrants with one man arrested in NSW, two in Victoria, eight in Queensland, three in South Australia and two in Western Australia.

The operation began with a tip-off from the Baden-Wuerttemberg State Criminal Police (BKA) in Germany in December last year.

The BKA have identified more than 9,000 potential offenders in 92 countries across the globe.

The AFP’s national manager of high tech crime operations, Neil Gaughan, says the video is very disturbing…

Everybody loses whenever a cop goes bad: society and other police officers.  These guys tried to claim they were using this drug dealer for information yet they helped him firebomb a rival’s house.  The judge and jury weren’t buying it.  Look at the fear in the eyes of the cop on the left.  He must know what happens to police in prison.

Former Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers Gerald Holas and Jason Ross, accused of protecting a drug dealer, were each sentenced Wednesday to nine years in prison for conspiring to distribute cocaine.

Federal authorities say the sentences are the longest imposed on Charlotte law enforcement officers they can recall.

The officers admitted they shielded a drug dealer’s cocaine operation but said they did so in an effort to gain information they could use to arrest his suppliers and customers, according to court documents.

Part of me is really attracted to dark, disturbed girls.  Unfortunately, the dark and disturbed part usually comes out a little too frequently for my long term happiness.  Such is the case of Danielle Black, a girl who liked to cut herself as a way of dealing with life’s setbacks.  She claimed her father was abusive and asked a friend to kill him.  This friend obliged, though it is not clear what his payoff was, and now her dad is dead and she is facing trial as an adult.

Danielle Black wasn’t shy about it: She told her peers she wanted her father hurt, maybe even dead.

So when Billy Lee Black was fatally stabbed in the alley behind their rented duplex on Halloween, it didn’t take police long to question his 15-year-old daughter, who told friends her father had physically abused her.

Danielle, a smart but troubled sophomore at South Hagerstown High School, is charged with soliciting first-degree murder by asking a boy on her school bus to kill her father.
