Pair Wanted for Murder

Monday, May 25th, 2009

A couple of street thugs are on the loose in the bay area.  If anyone has any info on these two, call the local police.  They are free after a high-speed chase that led to two  traffic fatalities.  The chase came after the pair were accused of a fatal drive-by shooting just minutes earlier.  These two sub-humans have no regard for anyone.

Rafael Campbell, 27, and Samuel Flowers, 21, both of Oakland, jumped out of a Cadillac after the chain-reaction crash on the evening of May 16, hopped a fence and eluded an overnight search that involved a helicopter and police dogs, said Officer Andrew Frankel, Berkeley police spokesman.

Both Campbell and Flowers are being sought on no-bail arrest warrants that accuse each suspect of three counts of murder, Frankel said…

Man Rapes Multiple Girls

Tuesday, May 19th, 2009

This sallow piece of filth is Donald Eugene Colburn.  Donald likes young girls.  Not content to rape one girl, he decided to rape sisters.  Now he is looking at prison for a mere 8 years.  I have to wonder why the prosecutor would accept such a light sentence for this slime ball.  A teacher who sleeps with his student gets more of a sentence than this.  One can only hope there is a healthy dose of prison justice in the general lock up.

A Clarksville man set to have a jury trial this morning in Judge John H. Gasaway’s court entered a guilty plea to child sex abuse crimes.

Donald Eugene Colburn, 32, who is in the Montgomery County Jail, was charged in three cases with sexually abusing three young girls.

Colburn and his attorney J. Runyon, III consulted with Assistant District Attorney Art Bieber and came to a plea agreement before the court day began.

Colburn was charged with one count of rape of a child on allegations he sexually penetrated a girl younger than 13 in 2006. Colburn pleaded guilty to an amended charge of aggravated sexual battery and was sentenced to eight years…

Man Abducts, Rapes 11 Year Old Girl

Monday, May 11th, 2009

This ne’er-do-well is Clyde Haidle.  At almost 50 years old, Clyde spent most of his free time sitting on the steps of his house drinking and making lewd comments at the women who walked by.  Not content with this life of insipid banality, Clyde decided to snatch a neighborhood girl off the streets and rape her in an abandoned home.  That is some graduation, Clyde: from neighborhood flake to child rapist.  Well done.  Now that you’ve tapped into your inner as–ole, I can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish in prison.  I hear there are all sorts of wonderful suprises for child rapists there.

Simple acoholism would have been a much better choice, Clyde.

A Squirrel Hill man used an abandoned house boarded up by a city crew 10 days ago as cover when he raped an 11-year-old girl he snatched from nearby city steps, authorities said Friday.

After spending time on the porch of the Ivondale Street house in Greenfield drinking with his girlfriend, Clyde Haidle saw a girl he recognized from the neighborhood, grabbed her by the neck and dragged her inside, said city police Sgt. Larry Scirotto.

“There’s no indication it was preplanned,” Scirotto said of the Thursday afternoon attack. “For the city of Pittsburgh, this is very unusual. We haven’t had instances like this in the last seven years.”

Several hours later, police caught Haidle, 46, hiding in his home a few blocks away. He was jailed on charges of rape, false imprisonment and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Court records did not list a lawyer…

Teacher Arrested for Sex with Student

Thursday, May 7th, 2009

Another woman who couldn’t resist the manly charms of a 13 year old.  No word on whether she was married or not, but she is facing two felonies.  The article mentions that there are loopholes in the law.  Presumably, these loopholes only apply to female perps.

Read the entire story at Fox 13:

A Bountiful teacher pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday for having sex with a former student. The teacher, Linda Nef, is charged with rape and sodomy, both felonies that require prison time. But there are loopholes in the law, and Nef’s attorney said they are working closely with the prosecution to reach a plea deal that may eliminate prison time all together. Nef allegedly had sexual relations with a 13-year-old student for a period of eight months…

War Deserter Gets 1 Year

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

Some will consider this guy a hero, others a c0ward and a criminal.  Either way he’s doing time.  One year behind bars is better than a lifetime without a leg, I suppose.

Cliff Cornell will spend a year in prison for his conscience.

The U.S. army deserter who spent nearly three years working near here at a grocery store has been sentenced to a year in prison after pleading guilty to desertion.

It ends a saga that began in 2005 when Cliff Cornell walked away from the 1st Battalion, 39th Artillery Regiment in Fort Stewart, Ga., and travelled to Toronto.

After his arrival in Canada, Cornell became active in the War Resisters Support Campaign, something a spokesman for the group said affected his sentence.

“The U.S. military is punishing (him) for speaking out about (his) conscientious objections to the Iraq war,” said Ken Marciniec.

Cornell applied to stay in Canada but was deported. In February, he walked across the border, where he was briefly arrested, then released before he turned himself in to the military three days later.

On Tuesday, Cornell tearfully read a prepared statement to the judge, apologizing for leaving his unit. He told the judge that when his regiment was ordered to Iraq he became anxious about being asked to do things that go against his conscience…
