Pair Wanted for Murder
Monday, May 25th, 2009A couple of street thugs are on the loose in the bay area. If anyone has any info on these two, call the local police. They are free after a high-speed chase that led to two traffic fatalities. The chase came after the pair were accused of a fatal drive-by shooting just minutes earlier. These two sub-humans have no regard for anyone.

The two remaining suspects being sought in connection with a Berkeley homicide and a high-speed chase that ended with a crash that killed two people in North Oakland were identified by police Saturday.

Rafael Campbell, 27, and Samuel Flowers, 21, both of Oakland, jumped out of a Cadillac after the chain-reaction crash on the evening of May 16, hopped a fence and eluded an overnight search that involved a helicopter and police dogs, said Officer Andrew Frankel, Berkeley police spokesman.
Both Campbell and Flowers are being sought on no-bail arrest warrants that accuse each suspect of three counts of murder, Frankel said…
