She’s actually not a bad looking young woman.  But that is no excuse.  Since when did it become okay to f–k your junior high school students.  I post about a story a week on this kind of crime.  I will be floored if she gets more than a year or two followed by a year or two on probation.

24 year old former teacher, Lisa Lavoie, has been indicted on three counts of rape of a child, three counts of aggravated rape and one count of child enticement.

Lisa Lavoie walked into Holyoke District Court in March, accused of having a relationship with her 15 year old 8th grade student.

Soon, her fate will be decided in Hampden Superior Court. The indictments are in and we’re learning more about the charges she’s facing and what went on throughout the relationship.

The first is Rape of a Child. She’s facing three counts, inferring this happened three times. The locations, according to the indictments, show this is alleged to have happened twice in Ludlow and once in West Springfield. The prosecution will need to prove that Lavoie and her student engaged in sexual activity. If convicted, the maximum Lavoie will do is life in prison…
