Old Man Accused of Molesting Pre-Teen Girl

Author: This is exactly what I picture a child molestor would look like. Sadly, I am not surprised. I imagine he will spend the rest of his days looking over his shoulder in prison. Child molestors don’t have a long life expectancy in prison.

A 61-year-old Boise man accused of sexually battering a pre-teenage girl over a year ago is being held in the Ada County Jail on a charge of lewd conduct.
Boise police arrested Kenneth Asher Clure early Saturday after issuing an arrest warrant for him earlier in the week, according to arrest reports.
Police officials say they were contacted by a third party in early January to report an incident that occurred in January 2008. Detectives began an investigation, which led to an arrest warrant being issued for Clure in late February.
Police say the victim was known to Clure and the incident occurred in a Boise home…

So many people are so quick to judge— The story doesn’t even make sense the child was 5 years old and the “crime” occured in jan 08 but was not reported until jan 09 why? the story you read and see convicts Kenneth before even knowing any of the facts
Yes I know Kenneth here are some things the paper failed to tell you the child that this article leads you to beleive is a neighborhood girl that Ken knew is actually his own child ( he had been in a domestic dispute with his wife 6 months ago and the child was placed in a foster home and Ken did his court ordered classes and was going to get his child back this month) The alegations were made by the foster parent that was going to lose the child this month along with the $1200 monthly check for caring for the child. Maybe the foster parent got attached to the child or the $1200 a month and made up this story
