This is the second mass killing in a week.  It seems this is the result of a romance gone bad.  I find it hard that there was ever a true love within this guy.  More like a seething anger just waiting for the lid to slip and out comes a bubbling froth of hate.

Scott Lamar Abbott is charged in the deaths of William Chad Gilbert, 31; Jeri Lynn Cole, 27; Nika Sandlin, 24 and Joshua Gilleo, 26, Hueytown police said during a Sunday evening press conference.

All four were stabbed to death and there were signs of a struggle with at least one victim, police said.

Abbott was taken into custody in Gadsden Saturday while seeking medical care for cuts and knife wounds, police said.
