Deputies say a Sumter County teen had illegal sexual contact with two girls, one who was between the ages of 4 and 5.

17-year-old Jack Michael Wallace was arrested Thursday.

Investigators with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office say he molested two girls at three different locations, including his home in southern Sumter County, in April and May.

Deputies say Wallace committed sex acts on an alleged victim who was less than 11-years-old.

They also say he fondled a girl who was between the ages of 4 and five.

Wallace is facing charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and a lewd act with a minor…

No unique twist to this case.  Just another creep trolling the internet for underage girls.  I have to give the girl credit.  She got uncomfortable with the tone of the of the chat and told her mother.  Her mother notified police.  The creep has a one-year old son.

A parent’s worst Internet nightmare nearly came true in Chesapeake when a man took a bus 2,500 miles to meet a 13-year-old girl he had met on the social networking Web site MySpace, authorities said this week.

Plus, he had a return bus ticket in the girl’s name, a federal agent said Tuesday.

After hearing explicit details of the alleged crime, a U.S. magistrate judge ordered Jesse Lee Wise, a 2 5-year-old door-to-door salesman from Nevada, jailed without bond pending grand jury action.

Wise had set up a tent in a wooded area by the Chesapeake library on Cedar Road, not far from the girl’s house, and sent her sexually explicit messages through the library’s computer, according to court records and testimony.

In a sting operation, Chesapeake police and the State Police arrested Wise on July 17 at the library, while Wise believed he was chatting with the girl over the computer. By that time, he was actually chatting with an undercover trooper… (more…)

This sloppy piece of flab is Jerry Moore.  As his picture indicates, Jerry has a healthy appetite.  In fact, Jerry was so hungry for sex he allegedly molested both a girl AND a boy.  He has been on the run ever since.  Obviously, he couldn’t run very far or very fast and now he is in custody.  Maybe that bologna diet in jail can help with some of that chin flab.

A man authorities say has been avoiding arrest since being accused of sexually assaulting and sodomizing a boy and girl in 2003 is in jail.

Lauderdale County authorities said Jerry Glen Moore, 42, of Pulaski, Tenn., was arrested and returned to the Lauderdale County Detention Center.

Reports indicate Moore was arrested in Pulaski on indictment charges that consist of three counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of first-degree sodomy.

Sheriff’s investigator Richard Richey said the case involves two children – a 9-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy. Investigators said Moore is a family acquaintance of the children.

He said the assaults reportedly occurred at a residence where the children lived. Moore was visiting the house at the time, according to Richey. A parent contacted the sheriff’s office to report the allegation.

Lauderdale County District Attorney Chris Connolly said indictments for Moore’s arrest were issued by a grand jury in May 2005.

“Authorities had been looking for him ever since,” Connolly said…

It makes one wonder what this guy could have accomplished if only he had used his imagination for something other than pedophilia and child rape.  He is currently on the loose and is believed to be in Northern Kentucky.  Make sure you watch your kids if the ice cream truck comes to your neighborhood.

This creep isn't offering sweets from his ice cream truck.

Police say they’ve received numerous tips on the possible whereabouts of a sex offender who is apparently working as an ice cream truck driver. Officers say James Helton is a convicted child enticer who used his job in the ice cream truck to try and lure two 11 year-old Harrison girls.

Lt. Steve Wilson, Harrison Police Department: “He told them free ice cream if you go for a ride, went back to house and was able to determine where they lived.”

A month later he was back in front of the girls homes, asking them to go swimming with him. This time Shelton was arrested. He pleaded guilty to four counts of child enticement, got probation and was sentenced last month to court ordered counseling. His first meeting with his probation officer was this month. He never showed up.

Officers say that information from the tips they’ve received leads them to believe Helton is now in Northern Kentucky.  The Wheel of Justice is offering a $1000 reward for Helton’s arrest…

Not too many details in this case, though the victim was only 3 years old.  It’s just another chance for me to point out that you can’t cure sex offenders.  They are 100% recidivist and should be locked away for good.

Daniel found a 3 year old sexually irresistible.

Police in Westbrook have charged a convicted sex offender from Portland with unlawful sexual contact.

Investigators say Daniel M. Swanciger, 43, was reported to have committed the act against a three year old child on Sunday. The incident was reported by the child’s mother.

Police say when they arrived on the scene, Swanciger was gone, but they caught up with him a short time later.

Besides the unlawful sexual contact charge, Swanciger was also wanted on a warrant from Saco for failing to comply with the sex offender registry act.

Swanciger has two out of state convictions for indecent liberties with a child. He was charged in December 2007 for failing to comply with Maine’s sex offender registry act…
