It is horrifying enough that 4 young boys are so lacking in basic humanity that they would lure a girl to a shed to rape her, but to have her own dad blame and shame her is beyond comprehension.  Apparently, the victim’s family is from West Africa and that is the custom in that third world hell hole.  But guess, what, dad, you’re in America.  And here we blame the criminals …. and sometimes the parents.

Officers responding to a report of hysterical screams found an 8-year-old girl partially clothed and four boys, barely in their teens, running from an empty shed.

The boys, ages 9 to 14, face charges ranging from sexual assault to kidnapping, police said Thursday. Authorities in Phoenix say it’s one of the most horrific cases they’ve ever seen.

Investigators said the boys lured the girl to an empty shed on July 16 under the pretense of offering her gum. The boys then held the girl down while they took turns raping her, police said.

“She was brutally sexually assaulted for a period of about 10 to 15 minutes,” police Sgt. Andy Hill said.

The 14-year-old boy was charged Wednesday as an adult with two counts of sexual assault and kidnapping, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said. He appeared in court Thursday and was being held without bond. He does not yet have a defense lawyer.

The other boys — ages 9, 10, and 13 — were charged as juveniles with sexual assault. The 10- and 13-year-old boys also were charged with kidnapping, the office said Thursday.

“This is a deeply disturbing case that has gripped our community,” Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas said. “Our office will seek justice for the young victim in this heartrending situation.”

The outrage over the allegations has intensified when police said the girl’s parents criticized her after the attack and blamed her for bringing shame on the family….

Here is a tip: if you are a young girl, don’t pal around with guys in their forties, especially an ugly guy like our perp of the moment: Jeffrey Scott Hill.  He is accused of using a knife to rape an underage acquaintance.  Guess his smooth talk approach wasn’t working.  Then again, he looks like he might be challenged in the dating department.

A Gilbert man is behind bars after deputies say he pulled a knife on a 16-year-old female acquaintance and then raped her Monday afternoon.

Lexington County deputies arrested 41-year-old Jeffrey Scott Hill on Tuesday and charged him with second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to an incident report, Hill forced the girl to perform sexual acts against her will. He also pulled a knife on the 16-year-old and sexually assaulted her.

Hill is being held at the Lexington County jail on a $100,000 bond…

Hell will be a little more crowded when this stool patty dies.  Frank Lombard thought he would do a nice thing and adopt an infant son, an otherwise unwanted child in a cruel world.  However, this was not an act of love but one of sexual deviance.  Frank has been molesting his son and recently offered him up to another pervert he met online.  He was busted by an online sting after another pervert indicted for a similar crime tipped off police.

A Duke University official has been arrested and charged with offering his adopted 5-year-old son for sex.

Frank Lombard, the school’s associate director of the Center for Health Policy, was arrested after an Internet sting, according to the FBI’s Washington field office and the city’s police department.

According to an affidavit by District of Columbia Police Det. Timothy Palchak, an unnamed informant facing charges in his own child sex case led authorities to Lombard.

Authorities said that Lombard tried to persuade a person — who he did not know was a police officer — to travel to North Carolina to have sex with Lombard’s child.

The detective’s affidavit charges Lombard identified himself online as “perv dad for fun,” and says that in an online chat with the detective, Lombard said he had sexually molested his son, whom he adopted as an infant…

My, my, my, how far we’ve fallen, Mr. Brooks.  Here is a guy who won an Oscar and he had to resort to an elaborate hoax to get women to visit him.  Apparently, he used a movie part to lure young women to his New York apartment, then – with help from his assistant – he raped them.  Once again, Craigslist has been dragged into a criminal conspiracy.  This guy has got some gumption: he looks like an orgasm would give him a heart attack.

Joseph Brooks, who looks more like Baron Von Dracula, is denying all allegations. He is facing 91 criminal counts.

The Oscar-winning composer behind ‘You Light Up My Life’ raped 11 women he lured to his apartment with the promise of a starring role in a movie, prosecutors said today.

The women read an online ad placed by director, Joseph Brooks, applied for the audition ‘and thought this was their chance to become a big star,’ prosecutor Lisa Friel said.

Instead, once the women were in Brooks’ Manhattan apartment, he plied them with wine and forcibly raped them or used threats and coercive behavior to make them have sex with him, prosecutors said.

Brooks, 71, denied the accusations. He pleaded not guilty in Manhattan’s state Supreme Court, where he is being tried for 91-counts and charged with rape, criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, assault and other charges. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of first-degree rape.

Justice Charles Solomon set bail at $500,000 bond or $250,000 cash bail and gave Brooks until Thursday to post it. The judge told Brooks not to leave town without letting the court know…

A sad sack in a funny suit.

Authorities say a Salisbury man is behind bars in connection with an attempted murder and rape that put a woman in the hospital.

Just before 7 a.m. Saturday, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office received a call about people yelling on Farmers Market Lane. Deputies, along with Maryland State Police troopers and officers from the Fruitland and Salisbury police departments, responded and located the victim on the side on the road. Police say the victim was in and out of consciousness. Salisbury EMS responded and transported the victim to Peninsula Regional Medical Center. She was later transferred to Shock Trauma in Baltimore where she is listed in critical condition.

The suspect, identified as 40-year-old William Edward Burton of Salisbury, fled the scene but was captured a short time later, according to investigators…
