This guy fell hard and fast.  One day he’s a patrol deputy and the very next day he is unemployed and facing prison.  That must have been one magical 14 year old girl.  Apparently, this guy plied his victim with alcohol.  Nice touch, officer.

A former Sumter County deputy has now been charged with having sex with an underage girl.

Michael Boulware, 26, has been charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Arrests warrants claim Boulware had sex with a 14-year-old girl near the Wedgefield Community sometime between June 1 and June 30 of this year.

Boulware was arrested earlier this month on three counts of contributing to the deliquency of a minor and three counts of transferring alcohol to a minor.

Deputies say Boulware gave alcohol to three people who were all under the age of seventeen. The claims were first reported on July 16, and Boulware was fired the next day after he was charged…

This is the sexually-perverted teacher of the week, this week anyway.  This guy was not only a teacher but a mayor and, of course, a preacher.  Now he’s facing 15 counts of rape.  Not exactly the upstanding member of society one expects from a mayor.

The de-evolution of Keith Gillins: from preacher to teacher to accused rapist.

Juab County prosecutors have leveled first-degree felony rape and forcible sodomy charges against a Millard High School teacher accused of carrying on a sexual relationship with a teenage girl.

The charges were filed last week against Keith Lorraine Gillins, 61, accusing him of engaging in sexual acts with a teenage girl over the Easter weekend of this year. Court records indicate Gillins was arrested on the new charges and booked into the Juab County Jail.

Gillins is facing similar charges in neighboring Millard County, where he was due to appear in 4th District Court Wednesday. Court records indicate the hearing was continued until Aug. 3. He is charged with 15 counts of felony rape and forcible sex abuse in that case…

Kimberlee prefers boys to men.

A judge has scheduled a December trial for a Syracuse woman accused of engaging in sexual activity with three teenage boys.

Kimberlee Williams Arigot appeared in 2nd District Court on Wednesday for a brief status conference. The Davis County Attorney’s Office said the judge scheduled a two-day jury trial beginning Dec. 3 for Arigot.

Arigot, 41, is charged with one count of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old, and five counts of dealing in materials harmful to a minor; all are third-degree felonies. She is also charged with a single count of class A misdemeanor sex abuse of a minor.

Syracuse police allege Arigot engaged in sexual activity with three teenage boys, a 15-year-old and two 17-year-old boys. Police have said the victims were either friends of her daughter’s or lived in her neighborhood…

Prosecutors charged Toni R. Warren, 35, with statutory sodomy, second-degree child molestation and providing pornography to a minor. The pornography charge stems from three e-mailed photographs of her genitalia that Warren allegedly sent to the boy.

Police arrested Warren on Tuesday; she remained in jail Wednesday.

The alleged relationship was reported to school officials Feb. 18. Warren resigned two days later, said Hickman Mills School District spokesman John Baccala.

An internal investigation by the school found no other students intimately involved with Warren, Baccala said.

Warren allegedly kissed the boy in her office at the elementary school, and they allegedly met twice at the home of a relative of the boy and engaged in sexual activity.

Court records gave this account:

The boy, a student at another Hickman Mills school, first met Warren in September when he stopped at Truman Elementary School after his classes to catch a ride to basketball practice. They exchanged cell phone numbers and began calling and sending text messages to each other.

Eventually, they allegedly agreed to meet at his relative’s house. After engaging in intimate acts, Warren allegedly told the boy not to tell anyone because she could lose her job.

The boy said he quit talking to Warren when he began getting more serious with a girlfriend “his own age,” according to court records…

This sounds like a case of a young girl who needs some guidance in life, especially when it comes to making sound decisions.  It doesn’t sound like the perp used force, though that doesn’t make his crime less grievous.

Anthony Ray Rios, 18, who gave a 3414 Quicksliver Drive address, is charged with two counts of rape of a child and one count of simple possession.

Rios is being held in the Montgomery Count Jail on a $50,500 bond.

 

According to a warrant filed by Detective DeMone Chestnut, Rios is charged with having sexual intercourse with the 12-year-old girl on Feb. 13 and Feb. 14.

 

The Leaf-Chronicle does not identify possible victims of sex crimes.

 

Rios is also accused of consuming alcohol with the girl at his home.

 

Rios said the girl gave consent to sexual intercourse, but that is not legally possible, Chestnut wrote…
