This is the sexually-perverted teacher of the week, this week anyway.  This guy was not only a teacher but a mayor and, of course, a preacher.  Now he’s facing 15 counts of rape.  Not exactly the upstanding member of society one expects from a mayor.

The de-evolution of Keith Gillins: from preacher to teacher to accused rapist.

Juab County prosecutors have leveled first-degree felony rape and forcible sodomy charges against a Millard High School teacher accused of carrying on a sexual relationship with a teenage girl.

The charges were filed last week against Keith Lorraine Gillins, 61, accusing him of engaging in sexual acts with a teenage girl over the Easter weekend of this year. Court records indicate Gillins was arrested on the new charges and booked into the Juab County Jail.

Gillins is facing similar charges in neighboring Millard County, where he was due to appear in 4th District Court Wednesday. Court records indicate the hearing was continued until Aug. 3. He is charged with 15 counts of felony rape and forcible sex abuse in that case…

Here we go again.  Just about once a week there is another arrest of this nature.  When did it become fashionable or acceptable to f–k students?  This teacher was busted after another teacher, Linda Nef, turned her in after she was busted.  They both were arrested for having sex with the SAME student.

That's not a moose caught in the headlights, that is a teacher accused of sex with one of her students.

A junior high school teacher accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy has pleaded not guilty to rape and sodomy charges.

Valynne Bowers, 39, was arraigned in 2nd District Court on Monday in Farmington. During her brief appearance, her attorney conditionally waived a preliminary hearing and entered not guilty pleas to rape and forcible sodomy, both first-degree felonies.

Rich Gallegos told reporters outside the courtroom that they were looking to negotiate a plea deal with Davis County prosecutors.

“We’re looking at everything in the case and see what we can work out,” the attorney said.

Bowers is scheduled to return to court on April 13.

As Bowers was leaving the courtroom, the judge stopped her and announced that he was implementing a no-contact order involving the boy.

“This order prohibits any contact with the alleged victim in the case,” Judge Michael Allphin told her.

Bowers said nothing as she left the courthouse surrounded by a half-dozen supporters and flanked by TV cameras and reporters. She is one of two teachers at Bountiful Junior High accused of having a sexual relationship with the same teenage boy…

Here is this week’s out-of-control educator: Gina Marie Watring.  Gina was actually arrested a couple of months back, but recently she had her bond raised as she continued to attempt to contact the student she molested – a boy one fourth her age.  Allegedly, Gina gave the boy a cell phone without the boy’s mother knowing.  When she discovered it, the boy reacted with violence, threatening his mom with a hammer and a knife.  The judge raised her bond to $2 million, but really he should have revoked it.

A judge set a $2 million secured bond Monday for former Durham County teacher’s assistant accused of having sex with a 10-year-old student.

Gina Marie Watring, 40, of 106 Cricket Ground, was arrested Saturday on a charge of obstruction of justice after Durham County Sheriff’s Office investigators said she continued to contact the student in the case.

Watring was initially charged April 29 with two counts of first-degree sex offense with a child. Investigators said she had sex with a Creekside Elementary School student on April 10 and April 21. She’s since been charged with first-degree kidnapping, felony child abduction, rape of a child by an adult offender, sex offense with a student and indecent liberties with a child.

The boy told investigators that he and Watring had intercourse twice at her home, according to court documents. School officials also discovered the sexual text messages between the two.

Watring was released on a $200,000 unsecured bond after her arrest and was ordered not to contact the boy while awaiting trial.

Investigators said the boy’s mother found a cell phone Friday while her son was packing for summer camp. Watring had given the phone to the boy without his parents’ knowledge, authorities said…

She’s actually not a bad looking young woman.  But that is no excuse.  Since when did it become okay to f–k your junior high school students.  I post about a story a week on this kind of crime.  I will be floored if she gets more than a year or two followed by a year or two on probation.

24 year old former teacher, Lisa Lavoie, has been indicted on three counts of rape of a child, three counts of aggravated rape and one count of child enticement.

Lisa Lavoie walked into Holyoke District Court in March, accused of having a relationship with her 15 year old 8th grade student.

Soon, her fate will be decided in Hampden Superior Court. The indictments are in and we’re learning more about the charges she’s facing and what went on throughout the relationship.

The first is Rape of a Child. She’s facing three counts, inferring this happened three times. The locations, according to the indictments, show this is alleged to have happened twice in Ludlow and once in West Springfield. The prosecution will need to prove that Lavoie and her student engaged in sexual activity. If convicted, the maximum Lavoie will do is life in prison…

What a shocking headline.  Yet another teacher arrested for bonking a student.  And for some reason it always seems to be the music teachers.  There was no force but that doesn’t relieve this guy of criminal responsibility.

Bail was set at $500 in Greece Town Court after Hoffman was arrested in November on a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child, alleging that he had an inappropriate relationship with the girl.

But the girl later allegedly disclosed sexual contact with Hoffman and the grand jury indicted him on felony charges of second- and third-degree criminal sexual act and third-degree rape and misdemeanors of third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child…
