Woman Accused of Raping Boy

Author: I always try to avoid the ‘lucky kid’ joke when some woman takes advantage of a young teenage boy. In this case I say throw the book at the woman. I can see how she would have to go after someone decidely younger (and no doubt lighter) than herself. Hopefully this kid can get some therapy and a much younger and much more attractive girlfriend in the near future.

A Franklin County woman stands accused of raping a teenage boy. Ashley Turner, 24, of Hodges, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old.
Try not to look so proud, Ashley.
A grand jury indicted Turner with the charge in May. Authorities say the encounters happened at the boy’s home in 2008. The two were friends. Authorities say the boy consented to the acts.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department was notified about the allegation in August by the Franklin County Department of Human Resources, which already had an investigation underway.
The boy’s parents notified DHR after they learned what was happening.
The case could go to trial later this year. Turner is out of jail on a $7,500 bond…
